6:00 AM – Hotel Pick-Up
Early in the morning, our Staff from the Peaceful Nepal Tour and Treks will be there at your hotel reception to pick you up. Then you will be transferred to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport in our private vehicle.

6:30 AM – 7:00 AM – Check-In and Preparation
Once you enter the Domestic terminal building, you will complete the airline check-in procedure and enter the helipad area.

7:00 AM – 7:30 AM – Helicopter Flight to Lukla

We know that sometimes plans need to be changed. Our cancellation policy for this 1-day Everest Base Camp tour is fairly transparent and fair. You can cancel your tour, but you need to inform them as soon as possible. The advance deposit is refundable, but it depends on the time of cancellation:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour date: Full refund (minus transaction fees)

• Cancellation 15–29 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the deposit

• Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour date: Deposit is non-refundable
