Booking and Payments
- Reservations: A deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 1 days before the trip start date.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your trip for any reason, you must notify Peaceful Nepal in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:
- More than 30 days before the trip start date: 70% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 10 days before the trip start date: No refund will be provided.
- Changes to Bookings: Any changes to the original booking are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Liability
- Peaceful Nepal Treks and Tours P. Ltd shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation of the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).
- Participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, injury, death, and costs associated with cancellations or delays.
- Peaceful Nepal Treks and Tours P. Ltd is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trek.
Health and Safety
- Participants must be in good physical condition and have declared any medical conditions or disabilities at the time of booking.
- Peaceful Nepal Treks and Tours P. Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed physically unfit or who poses a risk to themselves or others.
- All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by Peaceful Nepal P. Ltd and its guides.
Conduct
- Participants must respect the environment, local cultures, and traditions. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated.
- Peaceful Nepal Treks and Tours P. Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from the trek without refund for misconduct or endangering the group or environment.
