The best seasons for this short moderate trek to Panchase Hill is spring times and autumn/fall. The spring season commences from March and ends in May, one of the best times for scenic views and pleasant walks. Most days are fine and clear with more sunshine hours till dusk from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
It can get overcast in the afternoon with clouds and chances of light snow falls. During spring, the days have longer sunlight hours, morning, and late afternoon.
Spring season when wildflowers are in blooming time, especially the rhododendrons, national flower of Nepal.
Spring from March to May is the best time, most days are clear and fine. As well much warmer than other time of the year, including for clear views of the snow mountains. The next best season is autumn/fall when days are bright and full of sunshine, and days are clear for views. Autumn/fall starts from September until November, one of the high seasons for trekking.

Morning an exciting drive to Nepal Mid-West, the journey takes you on Nepal’s main highway. The road follows the Trisuli River for few hours, and then the drive diverts heading west leaving the main road. Then reaching beautiful city of Pokhara for overnight halt. Enjoy the comfort of nice hotels by the Phewa Lakeside, have time for afternoon stroll around the lake side.

Morning drive leads to the west end of Phewa Lake past the village of Pamae on the dirt country road. Reaching a small farm village of Ghattachena, means a place for grinding grains by the flow of water. From here the drive heads on winding uphill through nice farm areas and villages reaching close to Sidhane Village. Then start the first day hike heading uphill past the lovely village of Gurung, the hill tribes of Annapurna Himalayas. The walk then follows on stone paved path with climb into serene forest of pines and rhododendrons trees.
After hours of good steady climb reaching at a nice grassy pasture field, where Panchase Bhanjyang situated. A small nice farm village with grand vista of Annapurna range of peaks as far as towards Phewa Lake. Transfer into a simple good lodge, rest of the day relax and marvel the views and exploring the village.
Early morning before breakfast few hours climb to Panchase-hill for stunning sunrise and panorama of the Himalayas. The uphill is quite steep in section, but heeding slow with short rest will overcome the difficulties of steep climb.
Along the walks views of surrounding beautiful landscapes scenery, as the trail follows up into cool shade of forest. Then finally reaching on top of Panchase Hill, the highest point of the treks, climb to observation tower. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise views as it reflects on series of snow peaks. The wide panorama includes views of Mt. Dhaulagiri the 7th highest with Manaslu the 8th world’s highest.

After a refreshing morning views, tour around the temple and the holy pond of Panchase. From the top a slow descent to Bhanjyang for breakfast with leisure time for few hours till lunch. Afternoon a short walk of few hours to Bhadaure another large Gurung Village for overnight stop. In the comfort of a nice simple lodge accommodations with good Nepali meals. Have time to explore Bhadure and the village life activities with local cultures of Buddhism.
Morning after breakfast few hours walk through farm areas with short winding ups to reach Nau Danda. A small town with grand vista of the Annapurna Himalayas, after refreshing break. Get board on a bus or car as per size of a group, for an exciting drive back to Pokhara, by the Phewa Lakeside. Enjoy the comfort of a nice hotel, after lunch at leisure to explore around the Phewa Lakeside.
Morning after breakfast, depart from the hotel for drive to Kathmandu. The drive follows through towns and villages to reach Mugling Bazaar, a busy town on the main highway junctions. From here the road follows Trisuli River for some hours, then the road winds up towards Kathmandu city area. On arrival in the heart of the city, transfer back to your hotel with afternoon free at leisure for individual activities.

Like being very sick which needs, in this situation the client has to be evacuated to
the nearest medical and hospital. In this case extra expenses should be claimed
from your insurance companies back in your home country.
This trek is short and enjoyable, staying overnights in the village lodge of simple and basic facilities. All rooms with common bath and toilets, but the private rooms are nice and cozy. As well as the food are simple Nepali meals, includes few western continental dishes. But more or less the food menu is limited, but enjoyable. All lodges have electricity either where trekkers can charge electronic items at extra cost.
Nearly all seasons are the best for this short trekking of few days, except the summer monsoon times. The right time to enjoy the wildflowers in seasonal bloom is spring from March to May. The hills will be covered with various species and colors of the wildflowers. Especially, the Himalayan region is famous as a natural garden of rhododendrons.
